Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How quickly can you set up an ice rink?

Depending on the size and location, smaller rinks can be set up within 1 to 2 days, medium-sized rinks within 3 to 5 days, and larger projects like ice parks may require 7 to 10 days. We always work according to a pre-booked schedule and timeline. We recommend booking your slot as early as possible due to high demand and the fact that our equipment is often fully booked in advance. In the later stages of the season, we may not be able to guarantee equipment availability or delivery dates.

In most cases – yes. Our rinks are modular and adaptable, and can be installed on asphalt, concrete, pavement, or even temporary platforms. The key requirement is that the surface is flat and stable, with access to electricity and water. If the surface is not completely level, we can install a technical platform to create a flat and safe base for the ice. Each location is technically assessed in advance to ensure safety and optimal installation conditions.

Yes, we specialize in real ice rinks, using our own cooling systems and equipment built to the highest technical standards, including IIHF specifications for ice hockey. We can offer synthetic ice rinks if necessary, but it’s important to note that the skating experience is significantly different – synthetic surfaces have more friction and are harder to move on. Synthetic ice is best suited for short-term events, promotional activations, or decorative use, where performance skating is not a priority.
